    We are located at 20892 Oak Ridge Rd, Siloam Springs, AR. Our Hours 5:30 am - 6:30 am 8:30 am - 9:30 am 9:30 am- 10:30 am (Essentials, no intro course needed/lightweight cardio workouts) 11:30 pm-12:30 pm 4:30 pm- 5:30 pm 5:30 pm- 6:30 pm
  • What types of fitness classes do you have?
    We incorporate a mix of high intensity, cardio, and strength in our classes. We start right where you are at. You control the intensity and the weight, and we can modify every movement to fit your fitness level. All of our classes are founded on functional movements at an intensity that is right for you. Our movements rooted in the foundational everyday movements of squatting, picking objects up off the ground (deadlift), pushing, and pulling safely and properly. Our goal is to help you get stronger, more flexible, while building up your endurance for whatever life may throw at you. Upon completion of our Foundations Course (intro class), people of all fitness levels will be able to plug right into our daily classes in a way that works for wherever they may be on their fitness journey.
  • I haven’t worked out in a long time. Can I still join UPWARD Fitness?
    Of course! We encourage people of all levels of fitness to come be a part of our community. We will be there with you every step of the way starting with our Upward Fitness Foundations Course. In this course, we will show you everything you need know to move safely and have fun doing it.
  • Do I have to complete the UPWARD Fitness Foundations Course even if I am very familiar with the HIIT methodology
    Yes. This gives us an opportunity to make sure each athlete has a good foundation in functional movements while staying safe, has learned UPWARD terminology, and is receiving the greatest benefit from their fitness journey with us.
  • What makes Upward Fitness different from other gyms?
    At UPWARD Fitness, we believe that physical exercise is just one of the pillars to a healthy life. Our culture is one that promotes helping you to thrive on the inside and on the outside. We are also here to help you achieve your fitness/health goals at a pace that works for you. We are not going to push you to a place where you feel unsafe but like any good coach, we will encourage you to see things in yourself that you didn’t see on your own.
  • Are you a Crossfit gym?
    No, we are not affiliated with CrossFit, but we love our CrossFit friends in the surrounding communities. CrossFit is a brand, so it is important that the UPWARD Fitness community does not refer to our gym as a CrossFit Gym. Our gym uses the methodologies of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and FIT (Functional Interval Training).
  • Can I "Try Before I Buy"?"
    Yes! We offer free classes on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month. Check out the schedule here on our website for more details.
  • How do you define a family membership?
    While some gyms limit family membership to "households," we recognize immediate family connections such as husband/wife, father/son, mother/daughter, etc. PLEASE NOTE that children must be 12 and older.
  • Do you have showers?
    Yes we do!
